Computerization of medico-legal reports: Govts decision on PIL filed by him.

Govt of Maharashtra (Health Department) directed all the doctors to issue only typed forensic postmortem reports. Illegible handwriting of doctors on medicolegal reports. This move came on public interest litigation (PIL) titled Dr. Indrajit Khandekar Vs State of Maharashtra and Ors-2013 for computerization of all forensic medical reports (Clinical Forensic and Postmortem reports) and its generation through forensic medical software.To download Govt of MH Circular please click here.
